Booking Terms

These terms summarize the direct-booking information shown on the Panorama Residences SXM website. Your final reservation details, dates, rate, taxes and payment schedule are confirmed in the secure Cloudbeds booking flow and reservation confirmation.

Adults-only policy

Panorama Residences is an adults-only property. All guests must be at least 18 years old, and the lead guest must be at least 21. One-bedroom residences accommodate a maximum of two guests. The two-bedroom residence accommodates up to four guests or two couples. Parties, events and disruptive group stays are not permitted.

Minimum stay

The minimum stay is 2 nights.

Deposit and payment

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due seven days before arrival. Guests will automatically receive a secure payment link.

Cancellation and refunds

Reservations may be cancelled up to three days before arrival for a full refund.

Check-in and check-out

• Standard check-in is available from 3:00 PM.
• Check-out is at 10:00 AM.
• Late check-in can be arranged in advance with the concierge using a secure key box.
• Panorama has an on-site office, but guests are normally welcomed personally by the concierge and guided to their residence.

Rates, tax and currency

Rates are shown in USD and are subject to a 5% government room tax unless stated otherwise in Cloudbeds or the reservation confirmation. Any final rate, tax or fee shown in Cloudbeds at checkout controls the reservation.

Occupancy

Occupancy is limited to the maximum adult capacity shown for the selected residence type. Additional overnight guests are not allowed without written approval. Parties, events and disruptive group stays are not permitted.

Parking, access and amenities

Private covered parking, Starlink Wi-Fi, private terraces and the listed residence amenities are included for registered guests, subject to normal maintenance and availability. Housekeeping is provided every two days. More frequent service can be arranged upon request and is generally coordinated directly with guests.

Security deposit

No security deposit is required.
